Grow your career with this SWEET job in Le Center! Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with Dianne’s Fine Desserts, a leading dessert production company in Le Center, MN. We are seeking candidates for Mixer positions on the 2nd shift. Hours for the 2nd shift are 4:00 pm-2:00 am, Monday through Thursday. They are a leading provider of premium frozen thaw-and-serve desserts to the food service and in-store retail industries. Dianne’s product line includes cheesecakes, layer cakes, pies and tarts, brownies/bars, and individual minis and specialty desserts.
What the Mixer will do:

Dianne’s product line includes cheesecakes, layer cakes, pies and tarts, brownies/bars, and individual minis and specialty desserts.
What the Mixer will do:
- Record necessary data as required on daily reports and work center schedules
- Communicate with the Lead or Supervisor to mix according to production demand
- Follow the formula per the standards of the company
- Operate all scales, mixers (Hobart, AMF& VMI), braziers, chocolate and margarine melter
- Report equipment issues to the supervisor or lead immediately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area
- Perform duties at a pace consistent with the production line
- Participate in yearly audits and assist with developing procedures and corrective action
- High School Diploma or GED and 6+ months of related experience
- Ability to understand recipes, including excellent math skills to properly adjust and weigh formulations
- Ability to lift 10+ pounds very frequently
- Ability to stand for a complete 10-hour shift, with breaks
- Must be able to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work other shifts/hours if necessary
