What the Mixer will do:

What the Mixer will do:
- Record necessary data as required on daily reports and work center schedules
- Communicate with Lead or Supervisor to mix according to production demand
- Follow the formula per the standards of the company
- Operate all scales, mixers (Hobart, AMF& VMI), braziers, chocolate and margarine melter
- Report equipment issues to the supervisor or lead immediately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area
- Perform duties at a pace consistent with the production line
- Participate in yearly audits and assist with developing procedures and corrective action
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent experience
- 6+ months of related experience
- Excellent math skills are needed to interpret and adjust formulas to increase batch size and utilize scales properly
- Ability to become familiar with company methods, standards and apply that knowledge to daily duties
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently with or without reasonable accommodations
- Possess normal to excellent manual dexterity, motor skills, and eye-hand coordination
- Familiarity with factory policies regarding safety, quality and GMP’s #NEjobhunt
