What a Mill Assistant will do:
What a Mill Assistant will do:
- Provide effective operations and documentation related to production and maintenance of the mill and warehouse equipment
- Monitor and adjust milling machinery to control process to specification
- Perform all required quality testing per customer or company specifications
- Assist with mill maintenance and cleaning schedules and document these activities
- Train new team members as necessary
- High School diploma preferred
- Mechanical skills
- Work experience in a similar field
