What a Medical Inspector will do:
- Perform detailed inspections of electrical circuits and sensor systems to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Utilize a variety of testing tools and equipment to diagnose issues and verify functionality, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and specialized software
- Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documents to guide inspection processes
- Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to discuss inspection results and possible improvements
- Implement and adhere to industry standards and safety regulations during inspection processes
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and update inspection protocols as necessary
- Provide feedback and technical support to the engineering team to facilitate the enhancement of product designs
- 2+ years of experience in electrical inspection, preferably with a focus on circuitry and sensor systems
- Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes and electrical quality standards
- Proficient in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical documentation and schematics
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
