Job Description
Seeking a new opportunity in the St. Cloud area? Don’t miss this role! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a locally owned company in St. Cloud, MN. We’re seeking candidates for Mechanical Assembler roles on the 1st shift. Hours for this position are 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Compensation for these temp opportunities is $20.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information.
What a Mechanical Assembler will do:
What a Mechanical Assembler will do:
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Assemble harvesting equipment per work instructions
- Maintain an organized and orderly workstation
- Ensure production parts, tools, test equipment, and documentation are properly stored and maintained
- Follow the targets and deadlines set for the department
- Follow all the safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and company rules and regulations
- 1+ years of mechanical assembly experience
- Must have leadership skills and be a “team player”
- Experience working with power, pneumatic, and hand tools
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
- Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work with small and large parts
