Materials Coordinator - 1st Shift

Company Summary
This company is a full-service electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider of complex interconnect solutions, printed circuit board assemblies, and diagnostic repair and integration services including assemblies and box builds for a wide range of industries.
What a Material Coordinator will do:
- Work in one or more supply chain areas, such as shipping, receiving, or inventory control
- Read schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to issue and distribute materials
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory control and perform cycle counts
- Move full and empty bins to and from the manufacturing
- Process and track materials, including MRB (Material Review Board) transactions
- Verify and store incoming materials properly
- Pick up and deliver materials using requisition forms
- Perform material transactions in the Visual Manufacturing system
- Schedule shipments with transportation vendors per customer requirements
- Use online shipping systems (e.g., FedEx) to ensure timely delivery
- Verify part numbers and serial numbers of match shipping documents
- Maintain records and input data into computer systems
- Inspect received products for compliance with documentation
What you need to be a Material Coordinator:
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl with or without reasonable accommodations
