What a Material Support Specialist will do:
- Support our production team by staging materials, truss plates, and tools before they’re needed
- Operate forklifts (including long-load handling) to move lumber, completed trusses, and raw materials around the yard and facility
- Work outside organizing lumber, managing offcuts, and keeping things clean and safe
- Coordinate workflow between the saw station and assembly tables
- Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks and maintaining a neat property
What you need to be a Material Support Specialist:
- A problem-solver who takes the initiative and notices what needs to be done
- Someone who enjoys working outdoors and operating machinery
- Physically capable and comfortable handling materials, tools, and forklift equipment
- Team-oriented, punctual, and dependable
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or forklift operation is a plus
