Job Description
Looking for a night shift position? Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company located in Mora, MN. What you will do as a Material Handler:
- Transport raw materials, finished products, and other supplies to and from production machines and storage areas
- Set up work areas for machine operators, including arranging materials, tools, and supplies as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of low stock or material shortages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor and storage areas
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of machinery and equipment during setup and changeovers
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment
What you need to be a Material Handler:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for 8-12 hours per day, and walk frequently with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must have good attitude and work ethic
