We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. We are seeking candidates for Material Handler roles. What you’ll do as the Material Handler:
What you’ll do as the Material Handler:
- Issue and return material to support manufacturing
- Receive raw materials
- Receive and follow the pick list, schedule, and stage material for jobs
- Enter work order activity into the computer
- Transition effectively between shifts and advise next material handler of any information relevant to the job
- Maintain accurate inventories
- Follow all safety guidelines and rules
- Follow written work procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiar with scale usage
- Forklift license (or ability to obtain a license)
- Previous computer experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust accordingly to changing circumstances
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations
