Grow your career with this SWEET job in Le Center! Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with Dianne’s Fine Desserts, a leading dessert production company in Le Center, MN. We are seeking candidates for Material Handler positions on the 2nd shift. Hours for the 2nd shift are 5:00 pm-3:00 am, Monday through Thursday. Dianne’s product line includes cheesecakes, layer cakes, pies and tarts, brownies/bars, and individual minis and specialty desserts.
What a Material Handler will do:

Dianne’s product line includes cheesecakes, layer cakes, pies and tarts, brownies/bars, and individual minis and specialty desserts.
What a Material Handler will do:
- Deliver supplies to and from production lines to ensure they are running efficiently with limited to no waiting time
- Coordinate among all departments to ensure smooth product transitions and eliminate downtime, waste, and rework
- Use equipment including stacker, electric hand jack, and forklift
- Step in and help on the line when needed (Bakery, Icing, Packaging)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area
- Participate in the GFSI/FSSC22000 yearly audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions
- Manage cardboard storage and handling in a safe manner
- Must adhere to all company policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE
- Must be able to complete all JDE transactions related to this position
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-5 years of related experience
- Proven ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds #NEjobhunt
