What you’ll do as a Material Handler:

This company manufactures power distribution equipment, cable, and generator docking stations within their state-of-the-art facility in Faribault, MN. They work to create products that are built to last using the highest quality materials, top-of-the-line production equipment, and industry-leading engineering practices.
What you’ll do as a Material Handler:
- Conduct material transactions according to production schedule and Epicor (ERP) signals
- Read, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) which are necessary to properly operate equipment and manufacture the product
- Pull, issue, and transfer parts within Epicor (ERP)
- Learn to operate various forklifts
- Read and understand job travelers and sales orders
- Perform cycle counts
- Clean, restock, and organize the warehouse area
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines, and visually inspect purchased parts
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to multitask and set priorities
- Outstanding attention to detail, organizational, and coordination abilities
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend plant directives written in English
- Willingness to participate in a pre-employment physical and drug test
