Doherty is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer for our client in Forests Lake to optimize production processes, enhance equipment effectiveness, and contribute to a thriving team culture. This role focuses on developing and implementing process strategies, managing resources, and refining operations to ensure a quality product and organizational success. Compensation for this opportunity is $78,000-$84,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.

- Provide technical support and expertise in robotics, hot forging, and machine shop operations.
- Collaborate on design reviews and integrate innovative technologies into manufacturing.
- Assess current methods and research new technologies for improved capabilities.
- Perform risk analyses, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable solutions.
- Improve electromechanical processes with robotics and zero-failure analysis techniques.
- Develop and maintain standardized operating instructions with data-driven insights.
- Education: BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Process Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics).
- Experience: 3+ years in process engineering with expertise in 3D CAD modeling and software like SolidWorks.
- Skills: Problem-solving, advanced technical aptitude, data analysis, and excellent communication skills.
- Preferred Attributes: Familiarity with CNC machines, robotics programming, or hot forging.
