Job Description

We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. We are seeking candidates for Welder roles on the day shift. What you’ll do as a Welder:

What you’ll do as a Welder:
- Set up and operate TIG and orbital welding machines
- Read blueprints and specs to complete accurate welds
- Perform mechanical set-ups and changeovers for welding
- Inspect welds using gauges and ensure quality standards
- Support team goals for quality and on-time delivery
- Help develop advanced welding processes with Engineering
- Follow safety rules to prevent accidents
- 2-year Welding Technology degree (or currently enrolled), or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of TIG welding experience with stainless steel (less with degree)
- Ability to read blueprints and use basic math
- Experience in cleanroom or high-purity environments preferred
- Familiarity with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing is a plus
- Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
