What a Paint Finisher will do:

What a Paint Finisher will do:
- Follow manufacturer’s instructions to mix paint materials to proper color and consistency
- Prepare surfaces and properly apply paint and other finishes to surfaces of manufactured products, building, etc.
- Properly label and store paint and chemicals
- Clean, maintain and store applicators, supplies and materials
- Inspect finished surfaces for proper appearance and use to determine paint build thickness
- Daily/weekly TPM tasks must be performed with accuracy and consistency
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous hands-on experience using trade techniques and procedures
