We are looking for candidates for Panel Assembler roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity ranges between $24.58-$28.57 per hour, depending on skills and experience. What a Panel Assembler will do:

What a Panel Assembler will do:
- Install electrical wiring and assemble components according to blueprints, wiring diagrams, and/or schematics
- Follow prescribed procedures and methods, with occasional need to plan layout
- Adjust, fit, and align large and/or multi-complex units to meet inspection standards
- Mount motor/generator sets in housings or on bases, install lubrication systems, and complete required wiring
- Comply with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures when required
- Obtain and maintain soldering certification if required (see section 11(e))
- Perform other duties as designated by the supervisor within the same salary grade or below
- Knowledge of electrical designs, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with assembly methods and procedures
- Vocational or high school graduate, plus a formal training program or equivalent on-the-job training
- Possess sufficient knowledge of electrical and related mechanical principles
- Knowledge of assembly applications and sequences
