We are seeking candidates for Production Operator roles on the 2nd shift. The hours for this position are 3:45pm-1:45am, Monday-Thursday. What you will do as a Production Operator:
- Operate molding equipment and other instruments to trim plastic products
- Mix and/or prep raw material to be sorted, counted, and delivered to the required work center
- Remove completed plastic components from the mold for trimming
- Trim components
- Assemble quality, final finished products
- Operate work equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments used in plant operations
- Maintain the cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and the surrounding work area
- Meet and exceed product quality for the finished product
What you need to be a Production Operator:
- Willingness to work in small spaces
- Ability to read and understand written and verbal directions in English
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
