Job Description
Enjoy 3-day weekends with this exciting manufacturing opportunity! Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with a leading manufacturing company located in Hutchinson, MN. We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. We are seeking candidates for Machine Operator positions on the 1st & 2nd shifts. Compensation for these contract positions ranges between $20.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information!
What you will do as a Machine Operator:

What you will do as a Machine Operator:
- Precision drilling, tapping, sawing, cutting, and shaping steel, and/or milling flat stock
- Monitor work being completed to ensure accurate measurements
- Make small adjustments to machines using keypad on control panel to correct issues as needed
- Use overhead crane, forklift, or other lifting devices as required
- Experience or post-secondary education in CNC programming or equipment operation
- Ability to stand for full shift while operating equipment
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret work orders and/or prints
- Ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must have history of good attendance #WorkNow
