Job Description
Bring your manufacturing experience to this new role! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading beverage manufacturing company in Cold Spring, MN. We are seeking candidates for Technical Brewer roles on the day and night shifts (rotating 2-2-3 schedule). Compensation for these direct-hire roles is $21.00-$22.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information!
What you’ll do as a Lead Technical Brewer:

What you’ll do as a Lead Technical Brewer:
- Assist with brewing and batching, including measuring and mixing ingredients
- Monitor brewing process and document quality checks
- Oversee product temperature and flow through production stages
- Help ensure production schedules and quality standards are met
- Train and support brewhouse team members
- Communicate effectively with other departments (quality, batching, distribution, etc.)
- Follow all safety, health, and sanitation rules (OSHA, GMP, etc.)
- Operate a sit-down forklift when needed
- Follow food safety and manufacturing policies at all times
- 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced production setting preferred
- Must be able to lead and direct a team
- Must be able to operate a forklift
- Comfortable working in loud, wet, hot, or cold environments
- Ability to bend, stand, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in tight spaces
- Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff and visitors
