What a Cell Operator will do:
- Set up and operate all production grinding machines
- Understand all quality standards for each manufacturing operation
- Serve as a resource for quality inspectors, production control, and supervisors to ensure production goals are being achieved
- Responsible for the completion of a drill through all grinding operations in the cell
- Measure all the drill characteristics accurately
- Perform a visual inspection of the drill to verify that the physical appearance of the drill meets acceptable standards
What you need to be a Cell Operator:
- Ability to operate all production machines, read a micrometer, and use a Goniometer
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to stand on feet all day with or without reasonable accommodations
- Basic mathematical skills
- Effective written and communication skills #worknow
