What you will do as the Mold Maker:

What you will do as the Mold Maker:
- Build, repair, and revise molds, fixtures, and related tooling
- Set up and operate toolroom equipment to complete tasks accurately and on schedule
- Program and run CNC equipment, particularly 3-axis mills, using solid CAD models
- Plan and lay out work from CAD drawings and models
- Create CAD designs for mold components and tooling when needed
- Troubleshoot mechanical mold issues and make necessary repairs
- Coordinate and prepare tooling components for outside vendor processing
- Complete projects within quoted timelines and material constraints
- 4+ years of experience in injection mold making
- Strong background in 3-axis CNC mill programming from solid models
- Experience with complex 3D modeling and programming
- Comfortable with all traditional toolroom machinery (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience with mold design is a plus
