We are seeking candidates for Ingredient Processor positions on the 1st, 3rd, and weekend shifts. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities is $19.00-$23.00 per hour. Interested? What you’ll do as an Ingredient Processor:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the meat room
- Train staff on proper workflow and sanitation procedures
- Enter batch information into the Plex Software and manage inventory daily to ensure the product is in stock and accurately counted
- Mix ingredients together and grind the blocks of meat in the grinder
- Unload frozen meat pallets into the freezer for storage using a forklift
- Clean the equipment at the end of runs to ensure that the sanitation of the equipment is up to standards
- Work with a team to ensure the product is safely processed in a timely manner
What you need to be an Ingredient Processor:
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
- Forklift experience preferred but not required, training provided
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to work with a team #worknow
