Job Description

We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. We are seeking candidates for Machine Operator roles on a variety of shifts. Compensation for these opportunities ranges between $19.00-$20.50 per hour, depending on shift and experience. Interested? Read below for more information!
What you’ll do as the Machine Operator:
What you’ll do as the Machine Operator:
- Efficiently and accurately read and follow work instructions
- Operate the press to produce molded parts
- Follow Operator Instructions for the specific part criteria including performing quality checks and any required SPC as directed by the team leader
- Visually inspect each molded part
- Clip and trim molded parts
- Pack molded parts in boxes
- Advise the next operator of any information about press or molded parts
- Follow all safety guidelines and rules
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Good mechanical ability and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly
- Good math skills
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations #AlexJobs
