Job Description
As a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and support the introduction of new products. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Develop and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles.
- Conduct time studies and work closely with production teams to identify and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to support the introduction of new products and processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Monitor and evaluate production performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
- Proficient in CAD software and familiarity with manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
