What you will do as a Maintenance and Reliability Tech:
What you will do as a Maintenance and Reliability Tech:
- Perform priority repairs and maintenance in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete scheduled projects to the timeline and quality standards of the company
- Effectively work with production and other repair staff to maximize the quality of work and productivity of department
- Repair equipment specific to CFF and its producers
- Perform scheduled repairs to company quality and cost standards
- Provide service and labor for the farm group
- Perform general carpentry, plumbing, and steel repair
- Execute maintenance procedures on assigned farms
- Skilled in electrical systems and welding applications
- Livestock experience is preferred
