We are seeking candidates for Maintenance Worker roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for these direct hire opportunities ranges between $25.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. What a Maintenance Worker will do:

What a Maintenance Worker will do:
- Conduct preventive maintenance routines to ensure proper functioning and availability of equipment
- Work autonomously and responsibly with little supervision while following all safety guidelines
- Repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems such as bearings, electrical motors, pumps, fans, pipelines, etc.
- Install mechanical, hydraulic, electrical or ventilation systems and conduct repairs on plating equipment and machines
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
- Conduct general upkeep procedures such as carpentry, painting, etc.
- Work with the operations teams to ensure all equipment is tested and working in a safe and proper manner
- Report issues and activities to management
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with hand tools, power tools and shop equipment
- Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work well and communicate clearly with management and coworkers
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
