Responsibilities Include:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment, including belts, chains, bearings, and gearboxes.
- Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document maintenance activities.
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and heat exchange systems.
- Follow safety and quality standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
What We’re Looking For:Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of industrial operations or maintenance experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Training in OSHA standards, Arc Flash, LOTO, and fall protection.
- Experience in food manufacturing environments.
