What you will do as a Maintenance Technician:
- Operate and program CNC machines efficiently and accurately
- Perform tasks involving hydraulics, pneumatics, and small electronics, including wiring
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles to maintain an organized, efficient workspace
- Work across various production areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative
- Write and create process documentation to support manufacturing operations
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Solve problems independently to support production goals
- Maintain productivity and quality in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment
- Experience with CNC operation and programming
- Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and general production processes
- Lean Manufacturing and 5S training
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Solid time management and multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills and common-sense workplace practices
- Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks and getting hands-on in production
- Experience with small electronics and wiring #WorkNow
