What a Maintenance Technician will do:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on machines and facility systems
- Follow all safety, quality, and food safety guidelines
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Use diagnostic tools (like vibration or thermal testing) to detect issues
- Help with machine setup and changeovers
- Record work using our computerized maintenance system (CMMS)
- Support workplace organization (6S), preventative maintenance (TPM), and improvement projects
What you need to be a Maintenance Technician:
- 3+ years of relevant maintenance experience OR a 2-year degree in Industrial or Electrical Technology
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
- Skilled in electrical work (up to 480V), welding, and equipment repair
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and pumps
- Comfortable working in tight or elevated spaces
- Ability to lift, climb, and work on your feet with or without reasonable accommodations
