What you will do as a Maintenance Technician:
- Perform maintenance duties
- Troubleshoot and repair machines
- Diagnose and repair electrical equipment
- Perform metal fabrication skills involving welding, cutting, and construction
- Utilize shop tools safely
- Follow lockout/tagout procedures
- Ensure all products are built correctly and most cost-effectively, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications
- Metal fabrication work involving cutting, welding, and construction
- Follow all safety guidelines set forth by the company
- Follow all company policies in the employee handbook
- Learn building materials and all jargon to ensure future growth and knowledge
- Ensure that all job tracking procedures are followed
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of maintenance experience
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and handle matrixed accountability
- Excellent reasoning skills, determination, and flexibility
- Previous experience with hand tools, tape measures, and drills
- Experience with building maintenance and minor plumbing
- Understanding of production and organizational methods
- Ability to perform troubleshooting, PMs, and minor electrical work
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations #WEjobhunt
