Job Description

We are seeking candidates for a Maintenance Supervisor role that starts at 6p.m. and has a three-day workweek. Compensation for this opportunity is $65,000 per year with a bonus incentive! What you’ll do as a Maintenance Supervisor:
- Incorporates safety and health in all jobs and tasks
- Supervise the maintenance crew and provide production support
- Create work orders and conduct preventative maintenance tasks including
- Lubricating
- Replacing work components
- Inspections
- Forklift maintenance
- Responsible for installing new equipment and troubleshooting problems
- Identify and address operational issues to minimize their impact on production.
- Cooperate with all departments to ensure a coordinated work relationship
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records such as timecards, downtime records, and absentee records
- 2+ years of maintenance experience or a combination of education and training
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Basic experience with mechanics, welding, electrical work, fabrication, boilers, refrigeration, preventative maintenance, and plant operations
- Familiarity with safety regulations (FDA, OSHA, and USDA)
