What you will do as a Maintenance Supervisor:

What you will do as a Maintenance Supervisor:
- Operate CNC machines and support production through programming and setup
- Lead or assist in project planning and implementation within manufacturing operations
- Utilize tool and die expertise in daily production and equipment adjustments
- Perform injection molding, press operation, and overall design tasks
- Carry out hands-on duties such as welding, fabricating, drilling, and grinding
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices to maintain an organized and efficient workspace
- Create and document production processes to support standardization and training
- Work across multiple production areas with a proactive and team-oriented approach
- Troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure project success
- Background in tool and die work
- Experience with injection molding, press operations, and product design
- Proficiency in CNC machine programming and production
- Familiarity with welding, fabricating, drilling, grinding, and small electronics (including wiring)
- Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of production processes and process documentation
- Training in Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices
- Dedicated, reliable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
