Maintenance Supervisor
? Location: Forest Lake, MN
? Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
? Full-Time | On-Site
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for maintenance and continuous improvement? Do you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you can lead a team and make an impact? We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee production and warehouse assets, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.

✅ Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and safety
What You’ll Do:? Supervise and support maintenance technicians in troubleshooting and repairing equipment
? Manage preventive maintenance programs and ensure optimal inventory levels for parts and supplies
? Provide hands-on training, coaching, and development for your team
? Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations
? Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute maintenance budgets
? Work closely with external contractors when necessary
What We’re Looking For:✔ Experience: 5+ years of leadership in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment
✔ Technical Skills: Expertise in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, PLC, and hydraulic systems
✔ Education: Certification or formal training in a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
✔ Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
✔ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CMMS systems
✔ Continuous Improvement Mindset: Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles #metrocareers
