Job Description

Doherty Staffing Solutions has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in St. Cloud, MN. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join this thriving team. What you’ll do as a Maintenance Planner:

- Develop and maintain the maintenance schedule for all manufacturing equipment
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to prioritize work orders and ensure minimal disruption to operations
- Analyze equipment failures and maintenance trends to implement preventive measures
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation related to maintenance procedures, inventory, and parts management
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and procure necessary spare parts and tools
- Utilize maintenance management software to track work orders, schedule maintenance activities, and report on key performance indicators
- Conduct regular audits of maintenance practices and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Provide training and support to maintenance staff on best practices and maintenance processes
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, with a strong focus on planning and scheduling
- Proven ability to develop and implement maintenance plans that enhance operational efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment
- Strong customer service skills for managing accounts and vendor relationships
