Are you a detail-oriented individual passionate about supporting maintenance operations? This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing team as a Maintenance Planner, playing a vital role in preventive maintenance programs, spare parts inventory, and purchasing processes. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $55,000-$70,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage CMMS software, including data entry and preparing KPI reports for maintenance activities.
  • Organize and oversee spare parts inventory to ensure availability and efficiency.
  • Support purchasing processes, including quoting, procurement, and managing POs in the ERP system.
  • Assist in developing and scheduling preventative maintenance programs and necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance and Production departments for machine operation, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and proper hazardous materials management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
What We’re Looking For:Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Training or certification in electrical, mechanical, or related fields preferred.
  • 1–3+ years of general maintenance experience (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, PLC, robotics) may substitute for formal training.
Skills:
  • Technical spare parts purchasing experience.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and CMMS software.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Advanced Excel and CMMS expertise.
  • Strong inventory management skills.
  • Knowledge of PLC, robotics, and automation.
