Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented individual passionate about supporting maintenance operations? This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing team as a Maintenance Planner, playing a vital role in preventive maintenance programs, spare parts inventory, and purchasing processes. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $55,000-$70,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CMMS software, including data entry and preparing KPI reports for maintenance activities.
- Organize and oversee spare parts inventory to ensure availability and efficiency.
- Support purchasing processes, including quoting, procurement, and managing POs in the ERP system.
- Assist in developing and scheduling preventative maintenance programs and necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Production departments for machine operation, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and proper hazardous materials management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Training or certification in electrical, mechanical, or related fields preferred.
- 1–3+ years of general maintenance experience (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, PLC, robotics) may substitute for formal training.
- Technical spare parts purchasing experience.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and CMMS software.
- Advanced Excel and CMMS expertise.
- Strong inventory management skills.
- Knowledge of PLC, robotics, and automation.
