What You’ll Do:
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll manage all aspects of facility and equipment maintenance, while mentoring a dedicated maintenance team. You’ll also coordinate contractor relationships, oversee preventive maintenance programs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and prioritize daily maintenance activities
- Standardize and implement preventive maintenance across production assets
- Hire and manage contractors for repairs and improvements as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete staff performance reviews and support ongoing development
- Recommend and implement process improvements
- 10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong hands-on skills with tools, welding, electrical systems, and hydraulics
- Familiarity with ISO14001, MP2, 5S, and PLC troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with MIS systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Competitive salary: $95,000 – $120,000 annually
