We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. We are seeking candidates for Machine Operator roles. What you’ll do as the Machine Operator:

What you’ll do as the Machine Operator:
- Read, understand, and accurately follows Job Ticket Instructions, complete job ticket paperwork, and obtains proper approvals
- Set up and adjust layouts to match data proofs, diagnose and troubleshoot errors and start up and shut down the production line
- Check machine for proper working order and adjust if machine is not functioning correctly
- Verify job duties with production assistants; provide verbal instructions to tasks that needs to be done differently, and ensure understanding of expectations
- Ensure the product meets customer specifications and perform quality checks as needed
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with teams and completes end of shift production reports
- High school Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Sufficient computer skills to adjust machine according to product
- Ability to follow and communicate written and verbal instructions
- Knowledge of job database software
- Ability to navigate through PC screens and menus
- Understanding of the delivery system equipment including belts, timing, sensors, vacuums, and shingling
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds regularly throughout shift with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to move and position self to operate on, under, and around machines
