Job Description

We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. We are seeking candidates for Machine Operator roles on the 2nd shift. Compensation for these opportunities is $19.00 per hour plus a shift differential and can increase with experience. Interested? Read below for more information!
What you’ll do as the Machine Operator:

What you’ll do as the Machine Operator:
- Perform basic set-ups and operate machines in assigned areas
- Operate complex equipment and machines in a safe manner
- Fit, align, and adjust machines or assemblies to meet tolerances and product operating requirements
- Work from schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications
- Identify deviations that could potentially disrupt productivity
- Maintain logs and other documentation
- Work with direct supervisors
- Ability to recognize deviations from accepted practices
- Able to operate a variety of machines
- Basic understanding of related mechanics, flow control elements, and MRP concepts
- Visual acuity and manual dexterity
- Able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1- 2+ years of manufacturing or related work experience
