What a Machine Operator will do:
- Equipment operation to include adjusting operating speed and controlling the load of machines
- Monitor, measure, chart, and control dimensions of the finished product
- Ensure productivity matches or exceeds expectations for a given time
- Perform basic machine maintenance
- Technical skills to fix problems with machines
- Understanding of the working mechanisms of tools and machinery
- Understanding of manufacturing safety regulations and willingness to always follow safety procedures
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
