What you’ll do as a Machine Operator:

What you’ll do as a Machine Operator:
- Follow safety regulations and procedures when operating machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine product specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools
- Set up molds and adjust machine settings as needed
- Inspect molds for defects or irregularities
- Maintain accurate records of production output and quality control measures
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Experience in clean room, manufacturing experience, or similar setting
- Experience in thermoplastic or silicone molding is preferred
- Ability to learn and use a microscope
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English
- Good vision (with or without corrective lenses)
- Excellent fine motor skills in hands/wrist and good hand-eye coordination
