Job Description
Are you seeking a hybrid opportunity? Doherty is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a food industrial team in Faribault, MN for 9 months. This full-time, hybrid opportunity offers 2 days remote with a pay rate of $25 an hour. Hours can be flexible from 8am-4:30pm. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and identifying potential discrepancies as well as admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with warehouse and office staff to process purchase orders.
- Review data in Excel for warehouse employees and truck schedules and changes
- Monitor stock movements and identify potential discrepancies through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain inventory records by entering data into the inventory systems
- HS Diploma or Associates degree
- Ability to work well as a team in an office setting
- Experience with Ariba or SAP
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Tableau or other reporting tools
- Strong Excel skills for data entry and reporting
