Inventory Assistant- Hybrid
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with warehouse and office staff to process purchase orders.
- Review data in Excel for warehouse employees and truck schedules and changes
- Monitor stock movements and identify potential discrepancies through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain inventory records by entering data into the inventory systems
- HS Diploma or Associates degree
- Ability to work well as a team in an office setting
- Experience with Ariba or SAP
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Tableau or other reporting tools
- Strong Excel skills for data entry and reporting
