We are seeking candidates for Industrial Paint Associate roles on the 1st shift. The hours for this position are 6:00am-2:00pm, Monday through Friday. What an Industrial Paint Associate will do:
- Reinforce and promote all core values in daily interactions with coworkers and customers
- Mix materials prior to spraying per manufacturer specifications
- Spray and mill gel coat in the spray booth
- Assist in laying out the first layer of dry fiberglass per the supplier's detailed map of the product
- Spray resin and roll out fiberglass material in the spray booth
- Follow gel coating procedures, spraying techniques, and application guidelines set forth by the company and supplier
- Complete the daily maintenance of the equipment
- Promote and foster a safe work environment
- Maintain and keep clean all equipment and tools assigned
What you need to be an Industrial Paint Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a related position
- Must be able to pass dust and respirator fit tests
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, and twist for 10+ hours a day with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations #WorkNow
