Job Description
Support innovation in mixing and coating processes for a cutting-edge manufacturing environment! Doherty is hiring a day shift Validation Engineer located in St Paul, MN. The role is responsible for ensuring products and processes meet regulatory standards by leading validation efforts, supporting equipment qualifications, and optimizing manufacturing practices. - Oversee the transition from development to commercial production, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications for pharmaceutical and medical device products.
- Focus on processes such as mixing, coating, slitting, converting, and packaging.
- Support product development through feasibility studies, process optimization, registration, and validation.
- Assist with equipment and facility initiatives, including qualification and change control assessments.
- Enhance manufacturing documentation and standardize methodologies to improve internal processes.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Chemical or Mechanical preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical or medical industry
- Knowledge of clean room environments and automated equipment
- Led IQ, OQ, PQ equipment, system, software, and experience w/ documentation and reporting
