Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading supplier in the grain processing industry located in East Grand Forks, MN. We are seeking candidates for Mill Operator positions on 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm). The Mill Operator will lead the grain receiving and cleaning processes, as well as the milling operations, transforming raw grain into finished products ready for shipment. Compensation for these contract opportunities starts at $21.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

What you'll do as the Mill Operator:
- Provide effective operations and documentation related to production and maintenance of the mill and warehouse equipment
- Monitor and adjust milling machinery to control processes to specification
- Perform all required quality testing per customer or company specifications
- Perform cleaning of the mill, flaker room, and facilities to meet food safety requirements
- Execute mill changeovers to meet production schedules
- Lead mill maintenance and cleaning schedules, and document these activities
- Communicate required/necessary information to appropriate departments
- Five years of experience in grain processing
- Successful work experience in a similar role required
- Must have good mechanical skills
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus
