Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading playground equipment manufacturer in Delano, MN. We are seeking candidates for General Production Worker positions on 1st shift. These daytime jobs will work from 5:00am-1:00pm, Monday through Friday. Compensation for these contract opportunities is $18.50 per hour.

What you'll do as a General Production Worker:
- Load parts on production lines
- Inspect parts for quality defects
- Set up and operate a variety of fabrication machinery
- Monitor the fabrication process to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, production counts, and any quality defects
- Assist with material handling and puts materials in correct inventory locations
- Mold plastic parts while maintaining the efficiency and quality goals set in the department
- Set up and load molding machine per job order specifications
What you need to become a General Production Worker:
- Willingness to wear proper PPE throughout the day (bump caps, steel-toed shoes, safety glasses etc.).
- Basic computer knowledge
- Attendance in monthly presentations and continuous improvement efforts
- Must have reliable attendance, positive attitude and be a team player
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations
