What a General Laborer will do:
- Handle and maintain the flow of materials and products on the premises according to established guidelines
- Stock materials used to construct components and finished products to ensure movement of such items is optimized
- Lift, carry, and stack items in the warehouse
- Unload and load trucks with inventory
- Record movement of incoming and outgoing materials and supplies
- Verify the accuracy of work performed by self and other material handlers
- Provide training and guidance to less experienced material handlers in the warehouse
What you need to be a General Laborer:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and on occasion up to 80 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Steel toes shoes are required
