What a Freezer Associate will do:
- Navigate wearable terminal using alphanumeric keypad, scroll keys, and function keys
- Pick product from stock to fill customer orders; places product in line for loading; places product in staging area or on the line for loading
- Inspect products to ensure no damage or outdated products are delivered to customers
- Follow established procedures to ensure accurate delivery
- Maintain product integrity
- Complete proper stacking of product and record of out-of-date and damaged product
- Follow established procedures to fill empty stock locations as needed
- Prepare cardboard for recycling
- Operate pallet jacks, two- and four-wheel carts, and pullers
- Clean and help to maintain the work area
What you need to be a Freezer Associate:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Basic math skills (ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
- May require the ability to complete Forklift Certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
