What a Forklift Manager will do:
What a Forklift Manager will do:
- Manage daily work schedules
- Work with team members to resolve production issues
- Develop team member training programs
- Implement policies and procedures effectively
- Assist with the hiring of team members
- Quality control measures in place and safe working environment for team
- Carry out projects as assigned
- Assisting in inventory control, inventory counts
- Perform employee reviews, employee development, and disciplinary measures as needed
- Work with management to implement change when necessary
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in leadership role
- 2+ years of experience in forklift operation is preferred
- Exhibit exceptional reading, writing and math skills
- Work well with others and self-motivated
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Possess good communication skills
