Grow your career with this SWEET job in Le Center! Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with Dianne’s Fine Desserts, a leading dessert production company in Le Center, MN. We are seeking candidates for Food Production Scaler positions on the 1st shift. Hours for the 1st shift are 5:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. What a Food Production Scaler will do:

What a Food Production Scaler will do:
- Operate and prep scaling equipment
- Complete daily production reports and other paperwork
- Ensure accurate weights are deposited
- Work on depositing line as needed
- Weigh ingredients according to formulas and work list
- Ensure metal detection equipment is functioning properly before, during, and after production runs
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- High School Diploma or GED and 6+ months of related experience
- Excellent math skills
- Ability to stand for a complete shift, with breaks
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work other shifts/hours if necessary
