Job Description

We are seeking candidates for Mold Operator roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for this contract opportunity is $18.00-$21.00 per hour. Interested? Read below for more information!
What you will do as a Foam Molder:
What you will do as a Foam Molder:
- Construct parts for the foam molding department
- Paint and trim mold products to meet customer specifications
- Learn templates for paint patterns and material changeovers
- Assist in planning and prioritizing production needs
- Ensure quality practices are being followed
- Promote and support a safe work environment by following all safety programs and guidelines
- Ability to recognize safety concerns
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Basic math skills
- Willingness to take part in continuous learning
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds often and up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Capable of standing, walking, climbing, reaching, squatting, and performing repetitive motions
