We are seeking candidates for Finish Line Operator roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for this opportunity ranges between $20.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? What you will do as a Finish Line Operator:

What you will do as a Finish Line Operator:
- Set up the paint line per customer orders – hooking up correct paint colors
- Test the line prior to running material to ensure even application
- Monitor the line to watch for clogs or uneven paint distribution
- Troubleshoot any problems as needed to resolution
- Offer guidance and support to line operators
- Perform paint color change outs as customer orders require
- Perform periodic product quality checks
- Clean out the machine and properly storing any unused paint at the end of each color change out and shift completion
- Support the production associates and assisting with product as able
- Assist in cleaning and maintenance of equipment and general production as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior painting/staining experience is beneficial, but not required
- Safe working practices
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations #NEjobhunt
